смотрела планшеты в инет-магазе, так ничего и не выбрала, решила не покупать пока.
звонила в банк узнавала про пользование картой.
временами пру, в тч и мед25.
было неплохое состояние, потом читала бажанова, испытывала нэ, хотя старалась сбивать.
после этого нф, попробовала применить формулу из мед25: "это просто нэ, ты же справлялась с такими тысячу раз". не сразу, но помогло, сбила до ссс.
хочу поработать, и еще собиралась убрать в логове.
в арендованном логове на 15эт за 2 недели убирала раза 2-3, и пол в кухне мыла раз в 1-2 дня. Это потому что логово было современное, красивое, пустое. Оч не хотелось его загаживать. В своем логове тоже было бы приятно, если б не грязь и бардак.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
