Сделала планку правильно, сохраняя прямую линию тела и получилось простоять только 1.30.
Читаю "Белые одежды" Дудинцева. Клевая книжка. Про мракобесов-"генетиков" в СССР, последователей Лысенко, кот отрицали существование "вещества наследственности" (ДНК еще не открыли) в хромосомах и утверждали, что наследственность определяется окр средой. Никак не могу понять, как так вообще могло получиться, что такой пиздец существовал, что ученым не давали проводить эксперименты, даже несмотря на то, что это грозило голодом всей стране - следование лженауке, одобренной партией. Это кажется нереальным на 100 и хочется, чтобы таких лд никогда не было.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
