* Смотрел шоу Джона Оливера, было смешно. Периодически смотрю американские программы, интересно чем живёт Америка.
* Обращение внимания на раздражение понемногу начинает работать в автоматическом режиме, клёво. Много интересного для себя узнал, тут описывать не буду, тк места мало. Но записать наблюдения и мысли по этому забегу на раздражение всё равно хочется, потому что мне самому очень помогает читать чужой опыт на тему селекции, может и мой кому-то будет интересен.
* Очень хочу тискаться и трахаться.
* Есть усталость и разочарование от работы: много чего сделал, а толку ноль. И возмущение, что приходится переделывать всю работу за партнёров по работе.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
