писала страницы, задумалась о том, что значит уважать себя. трудно было ответь на этот вопрос, решила, что сначала попробую описать уваж к др. смогла выжать из себя три пункта: выполнение обещаний, честность и преданность. если это накладывать на ув к себе, то у меня по всем этим пунктам провал. решила, что каж день в течение этой недели буду давать себе одно обещание и держать его, также буду каждый день раскапывать в себе что-то искреннее. нашла интересный список, книги про птш разных девочек. одна очень заинтересовала (What I Was Doing While You Were Breeding, клевое название) там дв птш и в каждом городе заводит себе любовников и подробно описывает это. отзывы конечно в основном негатив.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
