Ну, здравый смысл ко мне вернулся, хотя тревога всё ещё застаёт меня в любой из моментов, когда я думаю быть чуток искреннее с людьми, либо когда могу облажаться, подвести их, опозорить себя. Но. У меня большой опыт псих. манипуляций, чтобы сражаться с автоматическими навязчивыми мыслями и болью, так что я справлюсь.
Нужно просто не думать о прошлом и будущем, только о настоящем. Обычно верный курс тот, которого я боюсь.
Как когда я занимаюсь каким-нибудь экстремальным развлечением дозы адреналина ради. Страшно, но интересно. Нужно дать себе шанс. Один раз живём всё же

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
