Планка 10 мин за час.
потом побегала 20 мин и сделала 2-3 подхода на воркаут. Подтягивания, уголки и отжимания на брусьях

ставила себе задачу получать удовольствие ,
когда было тяжело- шла пешком, чувствовала как тело привыкает, вспоминает как бегать. Я дышу как-то наполовину, хочется начать дышать нормально, поделать упражнения на задержку дыхания.

ванна и всякое такое приятное ничегонеделание

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
