Офигеть про закон про моральные нормы. Сейчас оставаться в России кажется безумием.
День в целом просран. Ходила к врачу по поводу суставов, он посоветовал плавать и заниматься постепенным построением мышц, а не кидаться из одной фа в другую без подготовки. Попробую. Странно и смешно, что он не взял ни денег, ни личных данных, мы просто попиздели у него в кабинете, никакой регистратуры. Мне так нравится. К вечеру неожиданно захотелось работать. Но пока не работала.
Вспомнила, что никто не брал мои паспортные данные при покупке симки. Интересно, тут везде так? Может, я не осо в том, насколько много контроля в России.
Обжорство закончилось. Началась стадия похудения.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
