Никак не могла найти книгу, которая бы понравилась, и наткнулась на книгу Уотсона "Avoid boring people", и пока очень нравится. Сам автор тоже кажется необычным человеком.
Все тоска. Злоебучая зараза. Много в последние дни думала о личной эволюции, и что единственный способ эволюционировать - это селекция. Ну, не единственный, но то, что у обычного человека может занять годы, с селекцией изменится за месяцы.
Ещё думала о том, что высокомерие у меня прочно ассоциируется с гордостью и чсд (достоинства). Поэтому мне сильно не хочется отказываться от вскм, и я чувствую себя униженной, когда сталкиваюсь с такой задачей. Сильно важно разорвать эту ассоциацию, иначе нихера у меня не изменится.

I like a lot that there are no comments on !F. Here I have an impression that I am writing just for myself. I have less concern that my message will be evaluated.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
