Возникла нежелательная ситуация с угрозой массового увольнения работников, нашел выход, разруливаю постепенно.
От недовольных тоже избавлюсь, но подобрав им сначала замену. От реализации такого плана облегчение и спад тревожности, неприятно руководить бизом натыкаясь периодиески на недовольство и скрытое или даже открытое, как вчера, сопротивление. Я идиот в подборе персонала, хотя очень сложно найти подходящих работников на небольшие зп.
Работаю, состояне еще приятное, охота в горы на 2-3 часа. Пока пялюсь токо из окна урывками. Некоторые места сильно нравятся, охота научиться влюбляться в них)

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
