Интервальная тренировка:
40 раз (20 сек) скакалка - 10 сек отдых - 10 отжиманий - 40 раз скакалка - 10 сек отдых - 10 поднятий ног на тренажере (пресс) - 10 сек отдых - 40 раз скакалка - 10 сек отдых - 30 сек планка.
И так 3 раза повторил. Получилось 10 мин.
Итого 400 раз скакалка (2.5 мин), 30 отжиманий, 30 поднятий ног, 1.5 мин планки.
Потом залез в бассейн.
Доволен.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
