Поняла пиздец важную вещь.
Есть Кц "Я должна быть хорошей, должна всем нравиться". Если я кому-то не нравлюсь, значит, я плохая и говно. Из всех людей только симпаты и беженцы говорят открыто, что я им не нравлюсь в то-то и том-то. И как только это происходит, я начинаю считать, что я плохая и должна считать себя говном. При этом до общения с симпатом у меня могло быть конструктивное отношение к своим недостаткам, я могла и сама понимать, что вот это неприятно. Но как только мне это сказал другой человек, я должна себя ненавидеть. И выходит, что я мнение симпатов и бежей использую для того, чтобы убивать себя, сводить к нулю все усилия по порождению совы, предавать себя.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
