+ 45 мин озверядки. Было интересно от возникновения знакомых оттенков, ассоциаций, и хотелось еще таких знакомых привкусов - вспомнить еще что-то, как это переживается, когда усиливается.
Мысли в сторону во время нее:
- почему я не могу быть новичком, у которого все только начинается? Кто мне запретил?
- новичок свободен от перфекционизма, тк для него любое усилие заметное и новое. Он еще не настолько умудрен, чтобы требовать от себя большего.
- похеренная тема наслаждения.
Идея об определенной планке совы для себя и ее критериев.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
