Перепиздели с Л. Зря, не осталось сил на то, чтобы обдумать то, о чем пиздели. Но зато захотелось сделать какие-то выводы из перебора таких впч, не допускать этого в будущем. Есть жадность до таких разборов.
Ясность: самоос - это просто ж сохранить представление о себе как о каком-то идеализированном я. Если я себя осуждаю, значит, мне это должно быть несвойственно. Чем сильнее осуждаю, тем сильнее это должно быть несвойственно. Я уверена, что этот я по умолчанию лучше меня реального, но это ошибка, пч этот я - мертвый, а я реальная - живая. Выгода в таком я видимо в том, что ему достается больше плюшек от окружающих (или я так думаю), а плата - то, что я никогда не живу своей жизнью.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
