Всё таки тренировки очень сильно влияют на улучшение эмоционального фона.Сначала идти не хотела,всё таки некомфортно появляться среди клиентов со своим лишним весом.С трудом пересилив себя выполнела 60мин кардио.Сожжено 600калорий,пройдено около 5км.Настроение улучшилось,я собой довольна.
Были сегодня сладости,но они хотя бы никуда не отложатся
Рабочий день тоже не плохо прошел
Пока еду продолжу читать о том как всё таки заставить себя правильно питаться

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
