Не выспалась. Недовольна. Снова из-за света, то есть это снова следствие того, что я положила хуй на свой комфорт, не нашла эту чертову маску и не придумала ей замену.
Собирала кита. 2 ЦВ прз, интересные наблюдения. Одна из главных причин прз - агрессивная защита чсв. Если меня что-то уязвило, я буду искать поводы уязвить человека в ответ, найдя у него воображаемый недостаток. И я вижу этот механизм сейчас в куче ситуаций. Отсюда два вопроса: почему меня так легко уязвить и почему из-за этого уязвления такая враждебная мстительность.
На ките возникло желание переделать свою жизнь. Почему я не занимаюсь тем, что строю свое будущее?

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
