Wasted 2 or 3 hours of time just suffering from boredom, watching boring tv series, playing app game. Выпнулась сделать ннд полчаса, и впервые стало любопытно, что это за клевые ощущения возникают в горле и груди. Удерживала на них внм, хотела посмотреть, могут ли они модифицироваться, и как надолго меня хватит. Они немного усиливались, а потом стали наоборот расплываться, бросила. Это те же самые ощ, кот возникают при 0-0+.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
