Проснулась сразу в жкс 8 и подавленности. Так блин дело не пойдет. Наткнулась на пост Пи про любовь к себе и поняла, что мне нужно что-то сделать сейчас, чтобы больше любить себя, что жизнь в НО к себе тоскливая и беспросветная, и нет никакого смысла ставить себе цели, планы, если все они сделаны из позиции отвращения к себе.
Читала полиамори чат. Спишусь там с кем-нибудь, читать по 1000 сообщений мусора ради трех интересных новостей расточительно, нужен более эффективный способ получать от них инфо.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
