1350-1400 ккал - норма для сохранения веса
Больше 1500 - переедание
1100 - норма для похудения
Если получается съесть за день 1100, то хочу засчитывать это как фр похудения.

Сегодня 1270

Гипотеза - чем вкуснее еду я ем, тем меньше потом хочется таскать всякие мелочи, дольше длиться удовлетворенное состояние и таким образом легче есть меньше в целом за день. Сегодня у меня именно так.

Смотрела стримы и ютуб, усилий почти не было.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
