30 мин ФА. Искала разные, попробовала энергичную кардио, и сразу стало хуево и напряженно в шее. Значит, еще не время. На закачку шеи пока кладу хуй, пч скучно и есть риск, что похуевеет. Сделала силовые сеты за 3 дня. Я уже немного сильнее, стонать и умирать стала только на 3-м дне. Состояние в теле щас сильно приятное. Клево было бы как-то тренировать энергичность в теле, чтобы можно было делать взрывные тренировки.

Охуение снизилось после еды и ФА, но еще довольно сильное.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
