Гуляла, и стало почему-то хуево. Кружилась голова.
Задача искать то, что хочется, может быть проще, чем я думаю. Интересно немного возиться в ней. Вспомнила про практику, кот предлагал Бо - говорить вслух про каждое свое ж, даже самое мелкое, и немного делала так. Есть особенное удов-е в том, чтобы фиксировать и проговаривать такое ж, как будто я его вытаскиваю из-под атаки скептиков, объявляю реальностью. Напр, поняла, что мне нравится водить и хочется водить чаще, хочется вообще каждый день. И я наверно напланирую больше уроков, если хватит денег.
Работа. Книга по иммун - читала вслух. Нашла неск пупс жж - развешивать формулы по квартире, купить магнит доску, писать на яп.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
