Похудела на 2,6кг за 11 дней. Ем маленькими порциями, по 2 столовые ложки, делаю паузу 15 мин. Если через это время снова чувствую голод, то ем ещё столько же, но обычно через 15мин есть больше не хочется.
Стала часто испытывать слабый голод. И иногда радость от различения и прекращения мж вквпч. В этот момент понимаю, что есть другие впч, другие занятия, кот можно заняться, что еда больше не интересна, и возникает облегчение, свобода.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
