она сказала как-то в прошлом месяце или даже в июле, что когда вы пытаетесь идеально формулировать все что говорите/пишете (как я) и вообще тревожитесь из-за всяких мелочей в общении, проблема в том, что вы пытаетесь контролировать неконтролируемое. как будто стоит сложить буквы в фразы правильно, и другой человек обязательно захочет с вами общаться — или наоборот, перестанет общаться из-за неверного слова, хотя вы друзья сто лет
правда полезно но вопрос в том как здесь отграничивать от искренней заботы о других людях. почему одни и те же вещи могут быть ок и не ок в зависимости от мотивов которые смешиваются и черт разделишь это так сложно

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
