После нескольких часов ПЭ предполагал появление приступа НЭ, поэтому уже был готов и попробовал перебирать увлечения - языки, девочки, шахматы. Простой трюк сработал, отпустило. Я машина, теперь буду знать какие кнопки нажимать, когда будет опять хреново.
Помогает уверенность, что этот приступ НЭ закончится и за ним опять будет че-то приятное. Еще нравится смотреть на повседневность с точки зрения получения удовольствия из разных источников - ходить по магазу и думать от чего и как мне может быть приятно, биз - это источник денег для получения удв и проверки идей, языки интересно и с девочками можно болтать на них, во время чатов приятно разглядывать фотки девочек и думать о разных ж к ним

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
