Хорошо, что нашел полчаса и полазил по схеме кластеров, когда меня прорвало из-за случайного стечения обстоятельств. Нашел 6 относительно доступных ОзВ (довольство/покой, разные виды наслаждения/удовольствия, приятное ожидание, радость, ч.красоты, устремленность/упорство) и 4 под вопросом (влечение, загадочность, самодостаточность, серьезность), в сумме 10, а это до хуя:)
Состояние постоянно меняеется, этим можно пользоваться. В просветы хочу пытаться порождать ОзВ. В спады проявляются особенно неприятные восприятия и тогда можно заметить что именно мешается - раздражение, озб, жкс...

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
