После отказа в визе еще вылез ненадолго в ОзФ несколько раз из недовольства и озабоченности, но на тренировках забылся полностью. После тоже никакого ОзФ не возникало. Пробовал порождать хоть что-то смутно приятное, состояние становится лучше, чем просто при залипании в НЭ, но все равно серость и НФ. Раза 4 получилось сбить тревожность, раз 7 заметил как она начинается. Остановка телесных проявлений и расслабление тела помогали не дать ей разрастись.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
