Стараниями Хрущева был создан образ Берии как чудовищного тирана, безжалостную машину подавления людей, чуть ли не главного виновника сталинского террора.
Судя по всему, это бесконечно не соответствует действительности.
Интересно прочесть книгу его сына - воспоминания о своем отце. Понятно, что сын воспринимает отца с неким некритичным обожанием, но приведенные в книге факты и свидетельства, насколько я понимаю, никем не оспариваются и вполне подтверждаются свидетельствами многих других людей, в том числе ученых, конструкторов и т.д.
И получается, что все вообще наоборот по сравнению с официальной версией. То есть полностью наоборот.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
